The Wetland Ambassadors worked with younger grade levels during Ocean’s Week at Flour Bluff ISD. The students taught the younger students about ocean acidification. Time constraints and state standardized testing limited which ambassadors were able to attend the different events. Wetland ambassadors presented their information in many different formats including via online video calls, after school in person using water quality tests, and even demonstrating with live animal touch tanks.
